DELIVERY
White-Glove Delivery Service
Core Furniture offers a complimentary white-glove delivery service within a 50 km radius of our Johannesburg and Cape Town warehouses. This service includes delivery, placement of furniture in the room of choice, assembly where required, and removal of all packaging.
Delivery Fees (Outside 50 km Radius)
Deliveries beyond the 50 km radius will carry a delivery fee. This will either be included on the final order quotation or, if delivery is requested after the order has been placed, quoted separately.
Delivery Scheduling
Our delivery team will contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery date. We always endeavor to deliver on the customer’s preferred date; however, if our schedule is already full, we will offer the soonest available alternative date.
Customer Responsibilities & Access Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery, customers are required to:
- Confirm that all access points (doorways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, etc.) can accommodate the furniture.
- Ensure the delivery pathway is clear and free of fragile or breakable items.
- Inform us beforehand if a hoist or any special access equipment is required so that we can quote accordingly.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues or the customer not being available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee will be charged.
